Confront drug addiction

House Bill 1415 would recriminalize the possession of hard drugs, like fentanyl and heroin, by making the knowing possession of a controlled substance a gross misdemeanor offense.

Rep. Jacquelin Maycumber, R-Republic, talks about her legislation (HB 1415) that would fix the state Supreme Court’s “Blake Decision” that decriminalized drug possession and use in Washington state.
