Editorial boards from news media outlets across Washington state have frequently questioned Democratic leadership and opposed many of their misguided policies. In fact, over the the last the five years, editorial boards wrote more than 170 opinion pieces critical of the majority party.
With the last 38 years of Democratic control of the governor’s mansion, we have seen many failures in state government – including a number problems since Gov. Jay Inslee took office in January 2013. In many cases, it’s leadership in state government that has failed – not front-line state employees.
