Rep. Susan Fagan to host telephone town hall January 24
To start off the 2013 legislative session, Rep. Susan Fagan, R-Pullman, will host a 9th District telephone town hall. The hour-long call will take place Thursday, January 24, 6:30 p.m. She invites constituents to call in and share their ideas and ask questions.
Constituents who would like to participate can call in toll-free 1-877-229-8493 and enter pin number 15605. The call is much like a district-wide conference call. Listeners can hear questions and answers and press star 3 (*3) on their telephone keypads to ask a question.
“These calls are such a great way to encourage citizens to engage in state government and they can do just that from the comfort of their homes,” said Fagan. “This is truly a time to share your ideas, concerns and ask questions about what is happening in Olympia. I serve you and want to make sure your voice is heard loud and clear as policies are being debated. This call allows me to reach out in a meaningful way while being away from the district over the next few months.”
The 2013 legislative session began January 14 and is scheduled to last 105 consecutive days.
