Thank you for trusting me to be your 30th Legislative District state representative. It is truly an honor to serve our communities in such a meaningful way. And, thank you for visiting my Web site. This is where you will find the most up-to-date information on legislative happenings that impact our district and the state.

Regardless of the tough decisions that need to be made in Olympia, I firmly believe we can reshape, restructure and right-size state government to reflect the realities of our financial situation as well as our core values. I will look for your feedback, ideas and solutions to all the issues that come before the Legislature. I will also remain focused on the principles you told me are important to you and our district’s diverse population:

• Fight for fiscal responsibility and accountability in state government;
• Advocate for sustainable budgets that protect our most vulnerable;
• Support police and firefighters to better address crime in our communities; and,
• Improve the state’s business climate by encouraging private-sector job creation and retention.

I know government cannot be all things to all people, but it can and should be prioritized in a way that fits the standards our communities set.
