Welcome to my Web page! Thank you for taking the time to stay connected with me and our citizen Legislature.

 

It’s an honor to represent the great people of the 10th District. Our unique and vibrant communities make us the envy of the state.

 

As much as we have to be proud of and look forward to, we also know our communities face challenges. This requires us to work together to pass legislation that will create jobs in these tough times, improve our local ferry runs, strengthen our public schools, and lower health care costs. Some of the solutions I support on these critical issues can be found within these Web pages.

 

The solutions to our challenges must take into account our state operating budget. With a multi-billion dollar budget shortfall, we need long-term solutions that reset, reform and reshape state government. As a member of the House Ways and Means Committee, I am working to set priorities, find answers to tough questions and balance the budget without raising taxes. 

 

The most important part of my job is listening to you. The best ideas continue to come from the people in my communities – not from Olympia. Please contact me to share your thoughts, concerns and questions.
