Jason is serving his second term representing the 42nd Legislative District, which includes the communities of Birch Bay, Blaine, Deming, Everson, Ferndale, Lynden, Nooksack, Point Roberts, Sumas, and parts of Bellingham.
PERSONAL:
Lives in Lynden with his wife, Jessica, and five children.

Protecting individual rights, allowing market-based solutions and innovations to strengthen the economy, creating jobs, and prioritizing state government functions and spending.

The 2013 regular session adjourned April 28. A special session began May 13 - budget writers and caucus leadership are negotiating an agreement before other members are called back to Olympia to vote on a final budget.
