I have spent time talking with residents of the 20th District about the needs of their communities, and what they told me is my agenda: more jobs, not more taxes.
The Legislature can do many things to help preserve existing jobs and to attract new jobs – especially in Southwest Washington. It’s vital that we create more economic opportunities for our citizens and give them a government that lives within its means.
That will be a challenge, but I’m working in cooperation with the Democrat majorities in the House and Senate to make the hard decisions. There’s no better way to restore the trust that has been lost between people and their government.
I welcome your calls, messages, letters and visits. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you need help dealing with a government agency, have questions about what’s happening at the Capitol, or want to share your concerns and opinions with me.
Thanks for visiting my web pages. Please come back again soon.
