Rep. Barbara Bailey to
hold six 'coffee talks' throughout 10th District on Nov. 23 and 24
State lawmaker invites people to share their views
in informal settings
Rep. Barbara Bailey will hold
six "coffee talks" throughout her communities Nov. 23
and 24. The 10th District
lawmaker has met with constituents and groups, attended community
events, participated in forums, and held a health care solutions town
hall meeting since the last legislative session. She believes coffee
talks are another way to reach out and gather the views of her
constituents.
"As I work on solutions for issues such as our
economy, health care and veterans, I want to hear from those I
represent. Some of the best ideas I have
carried forward in the Legislature originated from my coffee talks,"
said Bailey, R-Oak Harbor. "I encourage folks to stop
by, have a cup of coffee if they'd like and share their thoughts."
